By registering for a THEEXPOMART.com account, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations regarding our service. Your use of the THEEXPOMART.com service constitutes your agreement to the terms, conditions, policies and notices set forth below. Abuse

We do not allow websites containing Adult content, pornography, racist information, warez downloads or illegal content. Also items advertised and sold, must be available to purchase by minors. So selling of Alcohol and tobacco is prohibited. We also will not tolerate anyone using our systems to send unsolicited email messages, posting links to Internet groups or any form of spamming.

# Third party banner Ads are prohibited from our Free stores
# Third party banner Ads are allowed on Premium stores so long as they do not break our Terms of Service
# JavaScript or any script that interferes with the Ads such as Instant Buzz
# Email spamming, Spamming of Internet groups

Website Function:

You have already gone through the demo trial period and hence already seen the functioning of your online shopping website and designs and no further changes or suggestion in the same will be accepted.

Payments

You have to register yourself as a business account with the worlds leading payment gateway Paypal to start processing online credit cards facility. We are not associated with paypal in any manner and all the dealing between you and paypal are direct we are not liable in any manner for the same.

Termination of Service

THEEXPOMART.com reserves the right to terminate service for any customer at any time, at our sole discretion.

Cancellation

You can cancel or remove your shopping website by contacting us on our email address.

Other Terms

I agree not to display any ads on my site except ads that promote my products and services. I also agree to allow The Expo Mart to display ads on my site with the understanding that such ads will be decent family oriented advertisements. The Expo Mart may also choose not to display ads on my page at their discretion.

The Expo Mart agrees not to release any customer information or web server logs except as required by Indian law as long as the customer abides by these terms of service.

I agree not to sell alcohol, gambling, weapons, and/or any other adult products or services from my The Expo Mart store. The Expo Mart does not make any guarantees either direct or implied as to the quality and/or availability of this service. The Expo Mart and its staff will in no way be held liable for any loss due to service unavailability that a customer may incur.

Indemnification

You / Your Company agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold The Expo Mart harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against The Expo mart, its agents, its other customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by you, agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Expo mart against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with The Expo mart; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and any defective products sold to customers from The Expo mart's server.

The Expo Mart shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. The Expo Mart makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. The Expo Mart disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by The Expo Mart and its employees.
